Curate's Egg 🙁 I ordered 2 mobiles and they arrived promptly. One was fine though the promised screen cover never arrived. A discount was later sent to compensate for it. The other has a fault and while it was eventually replaced, the process was drawn out and commitments to keep me informed were not met. It all worked out in the end but at the time I was anxious about whether I had been had!

I had looked at number of companies who sold reconditioned phones. Their grading of the phones varied greatly and whilst i knew it was a preloved phone, i didnt want to be looking at other peoples scratches on the phones. I opted for reboxed due to their grading and geat prices. My premium Samsung S22 was delivered in mint condition and works like a new phone. Very fast, crisp colours in photos and videos. I am very happy with my purchase. I also added a phone cover into my order and was pleasantly surprised to see the price of the cover was discounted to zero, providing me with a free case. Highly recommended and the fact they plant 5 new trees for each phone sold was a massive bonus.

The process was fast, easy and smooth, delivery was amazing, after purchase next day delivery that was so cool, and the phone brilliant, just had a little tiny scratch on the surface, overall the phone is in perfect condition, the payment plan with klarna makes it easy.

Ordered phone with case and screen protector. Phone arrived fine but case 2 weeks later. With the delay of the case I managed to drop my phone crack the case! The damage would not have occurred if you send the case in a timely manner!
